The HRD/IR Unit Activities
The Chamber CNCI has been providing training skills development courses for nearly three decades for the betterment of the Industry/ Manufacturing and Services Sector enterprises. Since 2010 the Chamber CNCI has reorganized the HRD/IR Division and commenced new labour and employment related programs.
CNCI Recognition by the TVEC Ministry of Youth Affairs
The educational and skills up grading programs conducted by the Chamber CNCI has been fully accepted and the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and has recognized the Chamber CNCI as an authorized and accredited educational centre. The official confirmation has been granted by the Director standard & Accreditation of the TVEC.

The programs above will be conducted in Sinhala and English medium by some of the highly experienced, well qualified professionals and consultants who got expertise in their relevant fields. The participants who attends the educational programs are eligible to receive a valid certificate of participation from the CNCI
